General Description of Magnetic Filter:
Sunrise Magnetic filter provide an effective means removing ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed, free flowing materials. They are usually constructed of 304 stainless steel tubes, or 316 stainless steel tubes for special domains filled with Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet. Either round or square shape filters are available for customers' desiring for special applications.
Specification: Our standard filter is 25mm. (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers' request up to 2500mm...Besides, we also take special orders, such as square shape Magnetic filters.

1. Rare Earth magnetic filter bar is extremely efficient at removing fine iron contamination from free flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, flour, Plastic, liquid, granulate and any other type of powder with a low moisture content. As a result, your equipment and facilities will be safe and sound, and your products will be safe for consumption. This item can be supplied with any shape frame or studded end for easy of installation.
2. Magnetic filter bar are particularly useful for those engineers who wish to build their own separator units or have severe room restrictions and are not able to accommodate a conventional unit. All product contact parts are manufactured using stainless steel.
3. The magnetic filter bar with special welding at the both ends without leak forever. Welding energy concentrate on welding line and do not hurt the magnet, maximal protect magnetic filed. The available magnetic area can be expanded to the limited of rod surface and without add any extra magnet. Once welded the rods are finish machined and highly polished.
4. Technical Specifications:

Standard size: D25.4XL100-1000mm.
Thread sizes: M6, M8, M12
Magnetic Performance: 6, 000GS-12, 000GS.

Out Part Material: All surface parts are 304 or 316 grade stainless steel.
